Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive/Sales Manager based in Gurugram. The Senior Sales Executive/Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing the sales process, creating and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and providing exceptional service to clients. The position also involves preparing sales reports, analyzing sales data, and working closely with the marketing and product development teams.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the global sourcing industry is a plus
