As a Senior Sales Executive, you will drive client engagement, lead conversions, and sales closures for our premium real estate projects. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with in-depth knowledge of our offerings and guiding them through every step of the decision-making process

.

This role requires someone who is driven, articulate, and passionate about real estate sales with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment

• Generate and follow up on leads through outbound calls, inbound queries, and networking

• Convert prospects into site visits, presentations, and successful bookings

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

• Educate potential buyers on Ramji Corp offerings and ensure excellent customer experienc

• Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and conversions using CRM softwar

• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and senior management teams to refine strategie
