JD:
- Ensures consistency of master and reference data across applications using synchronization patterns such as publish/subscribe, point-to-point, or hub-and-spoke. Integrates with MDM and catalog tools.
- Design, implement, and support enterprise-level Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using TIBCO EBX.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable EBX solutions.
- Ensure high-quality master data by addressing duplication, governance enforcement, and cross-system integration.
- Safeguard golden records and maintain compliance with enterprise data governance standards.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices in MDM.
- Technical Skills Required:
- Strong hands-on expertise in TIBCO EBX (versions 5/6) data model design, workflows, user interface configuration, and data exchange services.
- Proficiency in Java, SQL, and XML/XSD for EBX customization and extensions.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for EBX integration with external systems.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and metadata management concepts.
- Familiarity with scripting (Groovy/JavaScript) and automation in EBX.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and EBX deployment is a plus.
- Good understanding of ETL tools, integration patterns, and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
