**Job Descritpion of SSO IDCS Admin**:
6 to 8 Years Relevant Experience

We are looking for a highly experienced MDM Developer with hands-on expertise in TIBCO EBX6, Java technologies, and data modeling to implement and manage master data management solutions in alignment with enterprise data governance strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement and configure data models within TIBCO EBX6 MDM as per logical models from analysts and governance teams.
- Develop and maintain front-end components in TIBCO EBX6.
- Support and optimize ETL data mappings and data profiling processes.
- Participate in MDM strategy execution across multiple engagements.
- Collaborate with data governance and business teams to align MDM solutions with strategic goals.
- Explain and present MDM solutions based on business and technical requirements.

**Technical Skills Required**
- Strong hands-on experience in TIBCO EBX6 (including front-end and back-end development).
- Proficient in Core Java, Spring, Struts, and ETL processes.
- Good knowledge of MDM, data warehousing, and data governance.
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.
- Exposure to data modeling, data profiling, and ETL data mapping.

**Good to Have**
- Experience with migration from EBX 6.1.X to EBX 6.2 and beyond.
- Understanding of enterprise data strategies and governance frameworks.
