Job Title : Senior ForgeRockLocation : Hyderabad (Work from Office - 5 Days a Week)Experience : 7+ Years (Minimum 3 Years in ForgeRock)Notice Period : Maximum 60 DaysAbout the Role :We are looking for a skilled and experienced ForgeRock IAM Engineer with deep expertise in ForgeRock tools and Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, integrating, and maintaining identity management systems using ForgeRock technologies, primarily in on-premise environments.This is a hands-on implementation role suited for candidates who have strong experience in SSO integrations, custom connector development, and IAM architecture, not just platform support or basic administration.Primary Responsibilities :- End-to-end implementation and configuration of ForgeRock IAM solutions (IDM, AM, DS, IG).- Design and implement SSO integrations, identity provisioning, authentication, and access control mechanisms.- Develop custom connectors and authentication modules tailored to enterprise applications.- Integrate applications with IAM systems for seamless identity federation and SSO.- Support the IAM environment, ensure high availability, and perform regular health checks.- Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure and scalable IAM solutions.- Lead on-premise deployments and participate in cloud migration strategies as needed.Key Skills & Requirements :Primary Skills :- ForgeRock Identity Management (IDM)-- ForgeRock Access Management (AM)-- ForgeRock Directory Services (DS)- ForgeRock Identity Gateway (IG)Secondary (Good to Have) Skills :- Ping Identity Suite (PingAM, PingID, PingDS)- Experience with other IAM tools (SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk)Must-Have Experience :- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ForgeRock IAM tools.- Strong understanding of IAM concepts: provisioning, deprovisioning, authentication, authorization, SSO, federation.- Experience developing custom authentication nodes and ForgeRock connectors.- Proven experience with onboarding applications for SSO.- Experience with on-premise IAM deployments (Cloud experience is a plus).- Hands-on with scripting, REST APIs, and directory services (LDAP).Preferred Candidate Background :- IAM Implementation Engineer / Architect- ForgeRock Developer (not just admin or platform support)- Background in IT Security or Enterprise Application Integration- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills (ref:hirist.tech)
