Support 24*7 ,Night shift, End to End management of SSO(L3)

User administration(creation, deletion, access management, troubleshooting)

Group administration

Application onboardings

External customer onboardings

Troubleshooting and support related to all above objects

**DUO**
User administration(onboarding, deletion, troubleshooting)

**OCI**
password resets

accounts syncs

server related trouble shootings
