3+ years in Identity and Access Management technologies; 3+years in Okta covering design, implementations, integrations and migrations forCIAM and Workforce access management use cases; At least 2 end -to -end Oktaimplementation project experience.Roles &Responsibilities Work closely with Okta Architects, Okta developers andcustomer business and application development team to understand currentlandscape, use cases, gather requirements and plan Okta Setup and Integrationactivities.Provide inputs to phased project plan, implementation planand activities for Okta.Prepare HLD and LLD for Okta Env. and IntegrationsOkta environment setup, configuration, security, policies,deployment, and integration activitiesGuiding application development teams on using Okta APIs,Okta Hooks, Okta SDKs to integrate their applications with Okta.Plan, design and implement customer self -registration,identity proofing, progressive profiling, and consent management with clearlydefined processes.Work with internal Infrastructure, Application, Businessteams and external third -party teams for Okta integrationsDesign and implement API, directory and databaseintegrations and synchronization.Set up and configure SAML Federation with third party IdPsfor SSOSet up and configure custom authorization servers for APIaccess management.Set up and configure custom user and customer journeys withidentity orchestration and workflows.Prepare Okta env. and configuration documentationTools: Okta - Must HaveOkta APIs, Okta Hooks, OIDC, OAuth2 - Must HaveDirectories/LDAP - Must HaveRDBMS/SQL, PowerShell, Unix/Linux Shell Scripting - MustHaveNetworking, DNSOkta Certification - Consultant, Administrator, Developer -Good to Have RequirementsIn depth understanding of Okta components, services, anddependencies.Previous experience in Okta environment setup,configuration, and deployment activitiesExpertise with Okta Single Sign On, Multi FactorAuthentication and authenticators, Adaptive MFA, Universal Directory, APIAccess Management, application integration and configuration.Expertise with Okta APIs, Okta Hooks and integratingapplications and third -party services with Okta.Expertise with various OAuth2 Flows supported in Okta,Custom Authorization Servers, SAML Federations, OpenID Connect, SCIMintegrations.Knowledge of consent management and identity proofing usingOkta for customer IAM use cases.Previous experience in Okta implementation, workflows andintegrations with applications, directories, databases, and synchronizationGood knowledge and experience working with REST APIs,Directories, Databases, SQL, PowerShell, Unix/Linux Shell ScriptingShould be methodical with attention to details.Skilled in coordinating and communicating with other teamsto manage dependencies on other teams and stakeholders.Skilled in anticipating problems and roadblocks andeffectively communicating with them.Excellent communication skillsExcellent client facing and presentation skills.Ability to work under fixed timelines and meet deadlines.
