Job Description SalesForce CRM Product Owner:
Required Salesforce Product Owner For Pharma MNC - Immediate
Manage the team and take full responsibility for support, maintenance & enhancement of the Salesforce Platform.
- Experienced Data Product owner for more than 5 years
- Worked in the pharmaceutical industry
- SalesForce CRM
- Excellent understanding of Master data management
- Total IT experience of more than 10 years
- Work on a Master data management project pharmaceutical company
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Use Jira or any other ticketing tools
- Understand the customer and product data management
- Understand TIBCO, EBX, or Informatics*Drive service delivery strategy departmental processes and policies.

*Generate Reports & Dashboards

*Manage business & technical relationships with the Salesforce Team & external contractors.

*Manage system integration tests and participate as a key figure in all Business and developer meetings.

*Perform requirement gathering work with stakeholders and scope Salesforce projects.

*Produce Statement of Work for the deliverables of external contractors

*Work closely with the senior management team to overcome business challenges with the use of different apps from apex change.

*Act as a bridge between the business & development teams.

*Any other ad hoc duties as and when required.

*Be hands-on when it comes to the initial UAT phase & work alongside the business owner.

*Conduct regular reviews of platform procedures and controls.

*Create user stories with clear Acceptance Criteria in Jira.

*Drive business analysis by considering stakeholder needs with a view of the capabilities of the platform.

*Ensure smooth platform operations.

*Work with the team to estimate project timeframes create project plans & set different delivery milestones for the projects.
- Certified product owner
- Preferred based in Hyderabad
- Work from Home

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

**Salary**: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
