As an Associate Director, Data Architect, you will oversee the design and implementation of enterprise-grade data solutions that power key initiatives across the organization.
Your expertise in data modeling, metadata, and governance tools will be critical in ensuring alignment with business strategy and stakeholder communication.
About the Role Develop and document conceptual and logical data models for business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and implement data strategy.
Partner with solution architects to design compliant, scalable data solutions.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information technology.
12+ years of total experience, including 8+ years in data architecture leadership.
Proven expertise in data modeling, metadata, and data governance tools.
Preferred Qualifications Strong experience aligning data architecture with business strategy and stakeholder communication.
Deep knowledge of data governance frameworks like DCAM and DAMA-DMBOK.
5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
Skills and Tools Hands-on experience with tools like Collibra, Informatica, Reltio, Tibco EBX, and SQL.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills aligned with company values.
