Job Title: TIBCO EBX + MDM Developer

Job Summary:

Notice period: Immediate to 15 Days

Location: Anywhere in India

Mode of hiring: Contract (long term with MNC)

Experience:5+Years(should be relevant in Informatica MDM),TIBCO EBX

We are seeking a skilled TIBCO EBX + MDM professional to join our data management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using TIBCO EBX. This role involves working closely with data governance, architecture, and business teams to ensure high-quality, governed, and integrated master data across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement MDM solutions using TIBCO EBX.
  • Configure data models, workflows, user interfaces, and access rules within EBX.
  • Collaborate with data governance teams to define and implement data hierarchies and relationships.
  • Develop and maintain real-time and batch integration interfaces (SOAP, REST, JMS, file-based).
  • Perform installation, configuration, and upgrades of EBX environments.
  • Support data profiling, cleansing, and initial data load activities.
  • Customize EBX UI and workflows using Java, JavaScript, and EBX APIs.
  • Provide SME-level guidance on MDM best practices and design patterns.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to DevOps pipelines (CI/CD).

  • Level of experience : 5+ years

  • Primary Skills in 5 liners that manager cannot negotiate on :
