Job Overview

This is an opportunity to lead a high-impact team of data architects in crafting innovative data strategies that drive business growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop conceptual and logical data models for business processes, defining the underlying structure of our data assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with our business goals.
  • Partner with solution architects to design compliant, scalable data solutions that meet the needs of our stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information technology, providing a solid foundation for success in this role.
  • 12+ years of total experience, including 8+ years in data architecture leadership, ensuring strong expertise and leadership skills.
  • Proven expertise in data modeling, metadata, and data governance tools, allowing you to effectively navigate and manage complex data environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong experience aligning data architecture with business strategy and stakeholder communication, enabling effective collaboration and decision-making.
  • Deep knowledge of data governance frameworks like DCAM and DAMA-DMBOK, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, bringing valuable insight and expertise to our team.

Skills and Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like Collibra, Informatica, Reltio, Tibco EBX, and SQL. Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills aligned with company values.
