Architectural Project Leadership Position

Job Description:

Lead large-scale consultancy projects with full design and regulatory strategy oversight. This involves chairing interdisciplinary meetings, coordinating teams, setting clear project goals, and managing resources to meet strict deadlines.

  • Manage the preparation, review, and submission of architectural documentation that meets client and statutory requirements.
  • Own small to mid-value projects independently, including managing design, compliance, and seamless delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience leading multidisciplinary commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
  • Deep experience preparing and submitting statutory documents to municipal and specialist agencies.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and MS Office.
