Senior Backend Developer Job Description

This role involves working in a fast-paced development environment, engaging with agile methods and adaptive frameworks to deliver projects on time.

  • AEM-based enterprise content solutions: Develop, implement, and optimize solutions using Java, Sling, OSGi, and other AEM technologies.
  • Performance optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks, technical issues, and defects in AEM implementations.
  • Product innovations: Develop unbiased solutions that meet business requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in client-facing development teams with strong Java and AEM knowledge.
  • Strong experience as a senior front-end developer in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations.
  • A solid understanding of Java, AEM's architecture, JCR, Sling, and OSGi.
  • Front-end skills, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Spring Boot, and AWS knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, troubleshooting complex technical issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with customer centricity.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
