About the Company

We are an online fashion store operating from within a resort, offering curated clothing and accessories to customers through digital platforms. We are looking for a smart and organized Office Administrator to manage daily operations and support smooth online business activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administration and store coordination

  • Handle order processing, packing coordination, and customer communication.

  • Maintain product records, stock updates, and inventory documentation.

  • Assist with online platform updates (price changes, product uploads, basic content)

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.

  • Coordinate with resort management, suppliers, and delivery partners.

  • Ensure smooth back-office operations for the online store.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Fashion Designing (or relevant experience)

  • Prior experience in office admin or online store support is an advantage

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, online tools)

  • Good communication skills in Malayalam ,Hindi and English

  • Ability to multitask and handle customer interactions professionally

  • Responsible, organized, and punctual

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with online sales platforms or social media selling

  • Customer service and coordination skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17, ₹18,000.00 per month
