Role & responsibilities

  • Prior experience in Business Development preferred.
  • Lead Generation & Outreach
  • Call HNI clients and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Call building owners/tenants to gather details on vacant and rented inventory.
  • Pre-qualify leads generated through marketing efforts and online platforms.
  • Engage with clients and brokers to explain offerings and schedule introductory meetings.
  • Coordinate with the in-house marketing team for ad campaigns, hoardings, and external vendors.
  • Sales Coordination & Support.
  • Maintain and update MIS and sales data using Salesforce or internal tools.
  • Assist the sales team with lead tracking, follow-ups, and pipeline updates.
  • Data & Relationship Management
  • Build and manage databases of HNIs, brokers, and property listings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with brokers and stakeholders, particularly in the Gurgaon market.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English,
  • Proven experience in Business Development, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking.
  • Real Estate/ IPC Experience is Must
  • Must have done Outbounds Calls & know about Gurgoan Market
