  • Store ingredients properly and monitor stock levels.
  • Minimize food wastage and follow cost-control guidelines.
  • Follow HACCP, sanitation, and safety procedures strictly.
  • Support in banquet, buffet, and special event preparations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior chefs.
