Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Lead to spearhead business operations at NY ESTILO. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can oversee the entire customer journey — from lead generation and sales conversion to design execution and project implementation. The Business Lead will play a key role in driving growth, ensuring operational excellence, and building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Sales
  • Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to generate and nurture leads.
  • Build and execute strategies to convert leads into projects.
  • Develop client relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership & Training
  • Recruit, train, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide guidance and direction to the design, factory production, and implementation teams.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth workflow and accountability.
  • Project & Operations Management
  • Oversee project pipeline from initial inquiry to final handover.
  • Monitor design approvals, factory production schedules, and site execution timelines.
  • Implement efficient processes to maintain high quality and on-time delivery.
  • Strategic & Financial Oversight
  • Track performance metrics across teams and implement continuous improvements.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
  • Report business performance and growth opportunities to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Architecture/Interior Design, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business leadership, preferably in interiors, real estate, or modular furniture industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, marketing coordination, and project management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive business growth.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
