Jithvar Consultancy Services is a fast-growing IT solutions provider delivering software development, mobile apps, AI-based applications, and digital transformation services to global clients. We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in IT sales who can identify opportunities, build client relationships, and help drive our business growth in domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in the IT and software services domain.
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calls, emails, networking, and online platforms such as Upwork or Clutch.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and business pitches to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to align client requirements with company capabilities.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and competitive offerings.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in IT service sales, software sales, or B2B business development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technology services (web, mobile, AI, cloud).
  • Ability to identify client needs and propose relevant digital or software solutions.
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) to track leads and conversions.
  • Good negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and motivated by performance incentives.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in international client handling (US, UK, Europe, Middle East).
  • Knowledge of lead-generation tools and B2B marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes and proposal writing.
