Field Sales Executive(E-commerce)

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive with prior experience in the e-commerce industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new sellers/merchants, driving product adoption, managing relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits and market activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new sellers, merchants, and small businesses to the company's e-commerce platform.
- Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and convert prospects.
- Explain platform features, pricing, and benefits to potential sellers.
- Ensure sellers complete KYC, cataloging, and product listings.
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales and onboarding targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing sellers to improve retention and performance.
- Collect market insights and competitor intelligence.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, catalog, payments) for smooth seller activation.
- Train sellers on order processing, packaging standards, and platform tools.
- Resolve seller issues and service requests promptly
