About The Opportunity
Join a fast-paced team that connects brands and sellers with scalable e‑commerce channels and services. You will own new business development, close commercial contracts, and drive account expansion through consultative selling and operational coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly B2B sales targets by acquiring new merchants, brands, and channel partners across assigned territories in India.
- Prospect, qualify, and convert leads using outbound outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, events, and referral networks.
- Manage the full sales cycle: discovery calls, product demos, commercial proposals, negotiation, and contract closure; ensure clean handoff to onboarding teams.
- Maintain and update a sales pipeline in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), produce accurate forecasts, and report performance metrics regularly.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with operations, onboarding, product, and support to resolve implementation issues and meet SLAs for new accounts.
- Drive account expansion through upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and strong relationship management with key stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience in e‑commerce, digital marketplaces, or SaaS selling to merchants/brands.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales quotas and closing mid‑to‑large commercial deals.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and pipeline management (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred).
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills; ability to build executive‑level relationships.
- Comfortable with sustained on‑site fieldwork, cold outreach, and face‑to‑face meetings across India.
Preferred
- Experience with seller onboarding, logistics/payment integrations, or marketplace operations.
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools and analytics (Excel/Google Sheets, sales performance dashboards).
