Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage online sales operations across various marketplaces and brand websites. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of hands-on experience in product listing, inventory management, order processing, and performance analysis on major e-commerce platforms. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings, pricing, and content on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Indiamart, and the company's website.
  • Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure accurate product descriptions and images.
  • Monitor daily sales performance, order fulfillment, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatches.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and discounts to drive sales.
  • Analyze sales data, traffic, and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Handle customer queries and coordinate for issue resolution to ensure a smooth buying experience.
  • Stay updated on marketplace policies, trends, and competitor activity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in E-commerce operations or online sales management.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and similar portals.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in the consumer goods or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
