Role: Regional Sales ManagerKey Responsibilities:Own and drive revenue generation for payroll outsourcing services across diverse industry verticals. Lead enterprise sales initiatives, grow the regional customer base, and close high-value contracts with mid-to-large organizations. Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level stakeholders in HR and Finance.
Conduct consultative sales engagements, including tailored pitches, solution demonstrations, and ROI-based business cases. Develop and implement a scalable sales process covering lead generation, opportunity qualification, solution alignment, and client onboarding. Leverage CRM tools to track pipeline, forecast revenue, and monitor sales performance.
Partner with cross-functional teams—including product, implementation, and leadership—to align market strategy and improve service delivery. Contribute to the development of sales enablement tools, playbooks, and training frameworks to support team success. Key Skills:6+ years of successful enterprise/B2B sales experience specifically within payroll outsourcing services.
Deep understanding of payroll compliance, operations, and managed service models. Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and manage long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on customer needs and tailored payroll solutions.
Success Drivers:Highly goal-oriented with a consistent record of exceeding sales targets in the payroll services domain. Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking applied specifically to the payroll and HR outsourcing market. Adept at aligning sales strategy with organizational growth objectives and client requirements.
