Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Ghaziabad. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within the assigned region. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, managing a sales team, and building relationships with key clients. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

- Sales Strategy Development and Sales Team Management skills
- Client Relationship Management and Market Trend Analysis skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prepare and analyze sales reports
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
