Role Overview
As Regional Sales Manager Enterprise Sales, you will own the sales strategy and execution for the Delhi region. You will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise accounts, managing relationships with key decision-makers, and achieving revenue growth targets.
The role requires a consultative, solution-driven approach and the ability to navigate long, complex sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition across mid-market and enterprise clients in the Delhi region.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through targeted prospecting, networking, and industry connects.
- Conduct high-impact product presentations and demos tailored to client requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal preparation, RFP/RFI response, negotiations, and closure.
- Foster long-term relationships with CXO-level stakeholders to ensure account expansion and retention.
- Work closely with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and enterprise SaaS adoption in the Delhi ecosystem.
Required Qualifications:
- 610 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Sales, preferably in HR domain.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring and growing enterprise accounts (deal values in multi-lakh to crore range).
- Strong network and understanding of industries dominant in Delhi (IT services, manufacturing, BFSI, startups, etc.).
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented with a growth mindset.
