
Inside Sales – Appointment Setting

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Appointment Setter to join our telemarketing team. This is a B2C role where you will be speaking directly with consumers to generate interest and book qualified appointments for our client's sales consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound B2C calls to prospective clients across Australia.
- Present the client's services in a professional and engaging manner.
- Book qualified appointments for sales consultants.
- Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM system.
- Meet daily and weekly KPIs for calls and bookings.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience making calls in the Australian market.
- B2C experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident phone manner.
- Strong objection handling and rapport-building ability.
- Highly organised, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Basic computer literacy and CRM experience.
