Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and energetic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves lead generation, prospect engagement, appointment setup, and supporting the sales cycle to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through 
    cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other channels
    .
  • Qualify prospects 
    and set up appointments/meetings
     for the senior sales team.
  • Schedule product demos and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to sales managers.
  • Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant solutions.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with potential and existing clients.
  • Update CRM with accurate client information and track sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with the business development/sales team to achieve targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in any stream (Business/Marketing preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in 
    Inside Sales / Lead Generation / Business Development / Appointment Setting (B2B preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and handle client conversations confidently.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) will be an added advantage.
  • Target-driven with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
