Job Title: Business Development Manager – Non-Motor Insurance (SME Segment)
Location: Kandivali, Mumbai

We are a leading insurance consulting firm with over 9 years of experience, serving more than 1800+ retail clients and 16+ corporate clients for their insurance needs. With an Insurance AUM of ₹28 crore+, BeWealthy operates across Mumbai and Gujarat with a strong team of 27 professionals. Having received the prestigious Corporate Agency license from IRDA in December 2022, the company represents over 27 insurance providers across Life, Health, and Non-Life domains, and is now expanding its footprint further.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create sustainable business growth by recruiting, onboarding, and developing agents.
- Recruit, train, and manage team managers; monitor their performance to ensure sales goals are achieved.
- Train and mentor agents to sell SME (Non-Motor) insurance products effectively.
- Drive team productivity through clear target setting and continuous performance monitoring.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, channel partners, and customers.
- Plan and supervise team activities to ensure effective lead generation and sales execution.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (minimum qualification).
- Minimum 4 years of managerial experience in the Health Insurance or General Insurance domain.
- Hands-on experience with Marine, Fire, EAR, CAR, Cyber Security, and other Non-Motor Insurance products.
Key Skills:
- Strong leadership, networking, and team management skills.
- Proven ability to recruit, onboard, and coach sales agents.
- Excellent field coaching and training capabilities.
- High result orientation and expertise in SME/General Insurance (Non-Motor).
