Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and approach potential clients, contractors, and dealers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Conduct market research and identify emerging opportunities in the region.
  • Coordinate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage sales reports, forecasts, and branch business performance.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Ensure proper follow-up on leads, quotations, and payment collections.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in building materials, interiors, or related industries).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and result-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and travel locally as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
