About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Leader to drive our sales initiatives and lead a team of professionals in the Forex industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and proven expertise in outbound tele-sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Drive outbound tele-calling and tele-sales campaigns with a focus on client acquisition and retention.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, training, and coaching.
  • Utilize Dialer and CRM tools effectively to manage leads, track performance, and streamline operations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements to optimize performance.

Requirements

  • 48 years of experience in sales, with at least 23 years in a leadership role.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
  • Proven experience in outbound tele-calling / tele-sales.
  • Hands-on exposure to Dialer and CRM tools.
  • Mandatory background in the Forex industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
