We are a fast-growing company at Aloha Beauty and Beyond, leveraging GoHighLevel (GHL) to build advanced CRM, automation, and sales systems for our clients across international markets. We are seeking a Sales Team Manager who not only has strong leadership and sales management skills but also solid technical expertise in GoHighLevel programming and automation.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and manage the sales team, setting goals, monitoring performance, and ensuring targets are met.


• Build, customize, and optimize GoHighLevel CRM pipelines, workflows, triggers, and automations.


• Act as a bridge between sales and technical operations, ensuring smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.


• Provide training and support to the sales team on effectively using GoHighLevel tools.


• Report on sales performance, KPIs, and process improvements.


• Communicate effectively with both local and international clients.

Requirements:


• Based in Mumbai, India (required).


• Fluency in English and Hindi (written & spoken).


• 3+ years of sales management experience with proven success leading a team.


• Strong technical background with hands-on GoHighLevel programming/customization experience.


• Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and build advanced automations inside GHL.


• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.


• Experience in digital marketing, SaaS, or CRM platforms is a plus.
