Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and guide cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution and high performance.
  • Communication: Serve as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all levels.
  • Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve escalated issues quickly and efficiently, while maintaining positive team and stakeholder relationships.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate timelines, resources, meetings, and deliverables across multiple teams, contractors, and third-party vendors.

  • Problem Solving & Planning:

  • Predict potential problems in advance and take preventive measures

  • Brainstorm and implement solutions as challenges arise

  • Develop and maintain backup plans and contingency strategies

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks early in the process and create effective mitigation plans to reduce impact on program delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Program Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership and team-handling skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and resolve complex issues
  • Experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing cross-functional projects
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
