Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and hospitality, possess strong leadership skills, and ensure that guests enjoy an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
  • Ensure all food and beverage items are prepared and presented to company standards.
  • Monitor inventory and manage supply orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Staff Management
  • Hire, train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and manage disciplinary actions if required.
  • Promote a positive team culture and high staff morale.
  • Customer Service
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, courteous service.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
  • Monitor online reviews and feedback, responding appropriately.
  • Financial Oversight
  • Prepare and manage budgets, P&L statements, and sales reports.
  • Control labor costs, food costs, and overhead expenses.
  • Implement strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Marketing & Promotions
  • Support or implement local marketing initiatives and promotions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams or vendors for special events or seasonal menus.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role (minimum 2–3 years preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Deep understanding of food and beverage operations
  • Working knowledge of restaurant management software (e.g., POS systems)
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and long hours as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Degree in Hospitality or Business is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
