Role & responsibilities
- Promote hospital services and maintain good public relations during all camp activities.
- Follow up with participants for further investigations, consultations, or admissions as needed.
- Maintain proper documentation consultation records and feedback reports of patients.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, the lab, the pharmacy, and other departments for smooth hospital operations.
- Support the hospital's community outreach and CSR initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration.
- 13 years of experience in hospital marketing, administration, or camp coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours for camps and events.
