Role & responsibilities :
Relationship Management
Point of contact for channel partner and GCILI sales team for ongoing business support engagement
- Frequent engagement with the central team to discuss business enablers.
- Enabling initiatives and short-term interventions for business augmentation.
- Garner mind share for GCILI through frequent interactions with key stakeholders of the bank
- Neutralize bottlenecks and implement/improve processes for increasing sales productivity
- Monitor business quality
- Drive persistency as per the defined target
•Resolve business partner queries within a stipulated time.
Performance Management
Design and improve dashboards/reports along with key stakeholders for performance management.
- Understanding data/report needs of sales channel.
- Ensuring adherence to agreed TAT and accuracy of data request.
- Manage ad hoc data/report requirement.
Channel Enablement
Drive and implement new initiatives along with sales and business partners.
Day to Day Deliverables

•Effective Coordination with Channel Partner and alignment of business objectives to promote wallet share.
Neutralise bottlenecks and implement/improve processes for increasing productivity.
Managing relationship with all key stakeholders in the channel partner to promote business priorities/objectives.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Prior experience of sales or account management in life insurance
- Good communication / Correspondence etiquettes
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office
