Job Summary:
The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with the company's most important clients. This role involves understanding client needs, ensuring satisfaction, developing long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client business objectives, challenges, and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
• Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business within assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, and support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and provide regular updates to management.
• Handle client issues promptly and effectively to maintain trust and satisfaction.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure alignment and growth.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of sales and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyse data and prepare account performance reports.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
