Key Accounts Manager – Transport & Logistics Industry

Location: Saki Vihar, Andheri (Mumbai)

Company: Leading Transport & Logistics Company

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a Key Accounts Manager to manage and grow high-value client relationships in the transport and logistics industry. Based in Andheri, Mumbai, this role involves being the primary point of contact for 2–3 major clients, ensuring smooth operations, and driving customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Handle 2–3 high-profile client accounts, ensuring requirements are met with precision.
  • Requirement Handling: Act as the key contact for client queries and coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution.
  • Account Growth: Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize business potential.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-term relationships to increase client loyalty and retention.
  • Coordination: Work with sales, operations, and support teams to ensure on-time and quality service delivery.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in Client Management, Key Accounts, or Account Management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive client-handling approach.
  • Experience in B2B sales, logistics, or service management will be an advantage.
