Job Roles
Position: Collection Executives (DRA & Non-DRA)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
• Handle customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
• Communicate with customers through calls, visits, or digital modes to resolve outstanding dues.
• Maintain professional conduct and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Negotiate repayment plans and document collection activities.
• Achieve monthly targets set by the management.
Eligibility
• DRA Certified Candidates: Preferred for secured and unsecured collections.
• Non-DRA Candidates: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / +2 / Graduate.
• Good communication skills in Tamil & basic English.
• Prior experience in banking/finance/collections will be an added advantage.
