Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and motivated Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and selling Mind Guess's suite of services. You will be the face of our agency for potential clients and play a key role in driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and prospect potential clients across startups, mid-sized businesses, and enterprises.
• Present and sell Mind Guess services (UI/UX, branding, tech solutions, AR/VR, etc.) to decision-makers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to propose tailored solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation and closing deals.
• Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and progress to the management team.
Requirements
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in design, branding, or technology services).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong network and ability to connect with decision-makers across industries.
• Comfortable working on a commission-only structure.
