Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, well-connected, and polished Business Development Manager to activate the market for BathDetails by engaging with architects and interior designers. This is a field-based, client-facing role focused on relationship-building, lead generation, and driving showroom traffic and conversions. Candidate must have experience in Direct Sales to HNI & Ultra HNI clients

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect Engagement: Regularly visit architect and interior design firms to present and promote the BathDetails concept.
  • Lead Generation: Develop strong relationships, generate qualified leads, and pass them to the internal sales team.
  • Market Feedback: Gather insights from specifiers and share actionable intelligence with the product and sales teams.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the showroom and sales teams to ensure lead conversion and achieve sales targets.

What Were Looking For:

  • 10+ years in business development or specification sales (interiors/building materials preferred).
  • Strong existing network within the architect and designer community.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and grooming standards.
  • Tech-savvy, organized, and collaborative.
