Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning
    : Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Campaign Management
    : Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various paid advertising channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.),
  • Team Collaboration
    : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and sales, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Reporting & Insights
    : Provide regular reports and insights to clients on the performance of marketing campaigns and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Analytics and Data Analysis
    : Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Use data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
    : Continuously help brands optimize landing pages, user flows, and conversion paths to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition.
  • Budget Management
    : Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure campaigns are within budget while delivering desired results.
  • Customer delight
    : And most importantly, LOVE customers and strive for the highest form of customer delight.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in Performance Marketing
  • Preferred experience in Ecommerce Industry
  • Has previously handled a monthly budget of minimum 20 lacs.
  • A good understanding of the principles and working of paid ads
  • A creative mindset, contributing new ideas and able to interpret situations to overcome challenges
  • Proficient in articulating your ideas well and communicating to relevant stakeholders
  • Great excel and analytical skills

Salary range
- Rs 7-9 LPA
