About the Role

We're seeking a results-driven
Performance Marketing Lead
to scale digital growth. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in
Meta Ads
, has handled
₹1 Cr+ monthly budgets
, and managed campaigns for
e-commerce brands with ₹1 Cr+ monthly revenue
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & scale performance campaigns across
    Meta (primary)
    and
    Google
    platforms.
  • Manage
    ₹1 Cr+ monthly marketing budgets
    with strong focus on ROAS, CAC & LTV.
  • Oversee CRO & UX optimizations to improve conversion and retention.
  • Coordinate across
    SEO, Affiliates, Partnerships, and Influencer channels
    for full-funnel growth.
  • Track performance metrics, generate insights, and report outcomes to leadership.

Requirements

  • Experience in
    e-commerce brands
    (or agencies managing e-commerce clients).
  • Proven record handling
    ₹1 Cr+/month ad spends
    .
  • Strong expertise in
    Meta Ads
    ; good understanding of
    Google Ads
    & other digital channels.
  • Basic exposure to
    Affiliate, SEO, Partnerships, Influencers, CRM/Email
    .
  • Hands-on with
    CRO tools, A/B testing, analytics (GA4, Meta dashboards, etc.)
    .
  • Strategic mindset, data-driven decision making, and strong communication skills.

Bonus Points

  • Worked directly with D2C brands or scaled new e-commerce verticals.
  • Agency background acceptable only with e-commerce portfolio experience.
