Performance Marketer

Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Facebook and Google Ads to drive high-quality leads and conversions.
Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and targeting strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align ad campaigns with business objectives.
Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of funds to maximize performance.
Generate reports and insights on campaign performance using analytics tools, presenting key findings to stakeholders.
Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital advertising.
Work on audience segmentation and retargeting strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Must-have skills
Hands-on experience in running and managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Good-to-have skills/experience
Experience running and owning a CRM such as WebEngage or MoEngage.
Experience running and managing a CRM such as LeadSquared.
Understanding of marketing automation and lead nurturing strategies.
Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization.
Preferred Candidates
Someone with prior experience in performance marketing for a fast-growing startup.
Someone who has worked in demand generation or lead acquisition roles.
