Role Description

The Performance Marketing & Growth Manager will be responsible for driving customer acquisition through strategic marketing campaigns, optimizing performance across digital channels, and analyzing campaign effectiveness. The role involves managing paid media campaigns, coordinating cross-functional projects, and identifying innovative growth opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in leveraging data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
  • Knowledge of Sales strategies and the ability to align marketing efforts with sales targets
  • Proficiency in Project Management to oversee and execute marketing initiatives efficiently
  • Familiarity with Analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and drive improvements
  • Highly creative, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; knowledge of the travel industry is a plus
