Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing role based in Gurugram. In this role, you will manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, conduct data-driven market research to identify trends, and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with organizational goals, and oversee budget allocation while continuously exploring opportunities for growth through innovative marketing solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively collaborate with teams and engage with clients or stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify trends, analyze data, and create informed marketing plans.
  • Demonstrated skills in Sales to drive growth and achieve campaign performance targets.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize return on investment.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and relevant platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
