For a health tech startup in Gurgaon. This is a core role to lead and work from founders office.

We are seeking a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and lead digital marketing across multiple platforms.

If you are a candidate is analytical, creative, and deeply familiar with the performance metrics that drive measurable ROI and customer acquisition.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Strategy & Execution


• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.


• Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies for improved campaign efficiency.


• Manage full-funnel campaigns — from awareness to conversion — ensuring strong ROAS.

  1. Performance Analysis & Optimization


• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.


• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to enhance performance.


• Continuously identify opportunities for scaling and optimization.

  1. Budget & Reporting


• Manage monthly ad budgets efficiently across multiple channels.


• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and improvement plans.


• Track competitor activities and industry benchmarks for better positioning.

  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration


• Work closely with design, content, and e-commerce teams to align marketing efforts.


• Collaborate with product and brand teams to ensure relevance and accuracy in campaigns.


• Share data-driven insights to guide creative and strategic decisions.

  1. Platform Management & Innovation


• Explore and experiment with emerging ad platforms (YouTube, Amazon Ads, influencer collaborations, etc.).


• Stay updated with algorithm changes, ad tech tools, and new growth opportunities.


• Suggest new channels and audience expansion strategies based on performance data.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).


• 5+ years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.


• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools.


• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data reporting.


• Knowledge of SEO, email automation, and remarketing strategies is an advantage.


• Experience working with D2C or e-commerce brands will be preferred.
