We're looking for a performance-first, data-driven marketer who can take charge of our paid campaigns, lead generation, and overall digital performance across brands. This role is core to driving direct revenue, bookings, and ROI

You should be someone who understands both the art and science of performance marketing. You know how to build full-funnel campaigns, optimize relentlessly, and extract sharp insights from data.

What You'll Be Doing:

Full-Funnel Paid Campaigns

Lead and manage performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and other digital channels. Own budgeting, campaign setup, targeting, bidding strategies, creative coordination, and ongoing optimization.

Lead & Revenue Generation

Drive qualified traffic to our websites and landing pages to generate high-intent leads and bookings.

SEO Strategy & Execution

Build and execute SEO plans to drive organic growth. Oversee keyword strategy, content planning, technical SEO, and performance tracking.

Analytics & Reporting

Work closely with data to understand campaign performance and user behavior. Build dashboards, uncover insights, and constantly refine strategy for better ROAS.

Collaboration & Integration

Coordinate with internal teams across creative, content, and tech to ensure alignment. Own key integrations like GA4, GTM, CRM, and booking systems for accurate tracking and attribution.

You Should Have:

·     3–7 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or D2C

·     Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube campaigns, and remarketing

·      Solid understanding of SEO and how it fits into the larger performance mix

·     Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, GA4, GTM, and campaign attribution

·     Experience working with conversion tracking, CRO, landing pages, and lead form
