Role Description
oversees marketing campaigns with a focus on measurable, action-based results (like clicks, leads, or sales) across multiple countries. Key responsibilities include global market research, strategy development, coordinating with regional marketing teams, managing international budgets, analyzing campaign data, and optimizing performance to ensure a positive return on investment (ROI). Success in this role requires an understanding of global trends, cross-cultural communication skills, and the ability to adapt strategies for diverse international markets.
Responsibilities
- Market Research & Strategy: Conduct in-depth research to understand the competitive landscape and consumer behavior in different international markets. Develop and implement performance marketing strategies tailored to each region.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., search, social media) with a focus on driving conversions and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using real-time data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and improve ROI.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage marketing budgets for international campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional teams, product managers, sales teams, and external agencies to ensure aligned messaging and coordinated market entry.
- Adaptation & Optimization: Continuously test, learn, and adapt marketing approaches based on performance data and evolving market dynamics to maximize effectiveness.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 4 years
hands-on performance marketing experience
. - International Market Knowledge
- Strong expertise in
CPL, CPA, CPS campaigns
. - Prior experience in
GCC region campaigns
is a must. - Proven skills in
Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat
& programmatic platforms (DV360, etc.). - Strong
analytical skills & data-first approach
