Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven B2B Lead Generation Expert to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and qualifying leads from corporate clients across international markets. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B outreach, strong communication skills, and experience with CRM and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate high-quality B2B leads through outbound strategies (email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, etc.)
  • Research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations (HR, Benefits, Wellness Heads, etc.)
  • Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns across global markets (US, UK, MENA, etc.)
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information and communication history
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
  • Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation efforts with campaign goals
  • Track KPIs such as lead conversion rates, email response rates, and pipeline growth
  • Continuously optimize outreach scripts, email templates, and targeting strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in SaaS, health tech, or wellness industry
  • Proven ability to generate qualified leads and build strong prospect pipelines
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets under tight deadlines
  • Understanding of international corporate wellness market is a plus

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in outbound email and LinkedIn automation tools
  • Knowledge of healthcare or wellness industry trends
  • Exposure to international B2B sales (US/UK/EMEA/APAC)
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize strategy
