Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Kozhikode. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying growth opportunities, building relationships with partners and clients, and driving sales strategies. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing and executing business plans, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that franchise partners meet operational goals. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Negotiation
  • Strategic Planning and Market Analysis proficiency
  • Effective Communication, Networking, and Relationship-Building capabilities
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills
  • Prior experience in FMCG, food retail, or related industries is a plus
