Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kozhikode for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, creating and implementing business strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will monitor market trends, prepare performance reports, and provide recommendations for growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Experience in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Identifying Growth Opportunities
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business tools
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge and passion for Indian classical arts or cultural industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • The ability to manage goals independently with a proactive and solution-driven approach
